Dao Decisions vs Core team decision

In every DAO, not all the decisions are made collectively. This document aims to clarify what decision will be subject to a motion in Colony (also potentially voted) and what decisions will be taken autonomously from the core team.

Big Initiatives or features that would change substantially the ecosystem	Minor initiatives
Removing deviating partners	Minor initiative when a bigger initiatives has already been approved
Changing in the usage of the portfolio treasury	Strategic decision related to fundraisings
	New ambassador and contributors to hire

This list is not exhaustive and it wants to be mostly a foundation for our decision-making progress.

Our guidelines might change over time, however, this document will be updated every time there is a change in our internal process.
