Change the investment thesis
When to use this Motion
Every time there is a proposal that doesn't fit in the predefined motion types available in Colony. Change the investment thesis is something where we might want to have consensus from all the DAO participants but it is not directly connected to a fund transaction or a change in the reputation.

Those types of motions most of the time will be created at the root level. If there will be exceptions in the future we will redefine this process.

Comments
In this example, vinicv1 creates a generic proposal with a payment for himself of 0.001 native tokens. The payment amount in USD should be symbolic and should not exceed 1 USD in value.
In this example, the advisor propose to change our investment thesis including GameFi in our investment thesis, but we rejected the proposal because we believe that we need to invest in the area where we are more knowledgeable.
