When to use this Motion
When we need to fund startups. it is important that before submitting the Funding proposal the Startup is vetted and approved by the Venture team. Any request for funding without prior vetting will not be accepted. The rejection of the proposal will be forced without seeking consensus.

Outcome
The motion Failed after Voting. The startup proposed by neacv1 will not be funded although it was priorly accepted by the Venture team.
Comments
It is important to consider that the funding proposal is only the last step of the Startup onboarding process. The startup first applies, then the venture team vets the company and the team. When the Venture team approved the startups, we can start the motion to deploy funds.
